7th Grade Latin Dancing
In 7th grade drama and music with Carl Rapisarda-Vallely and Frank Van Atta, students are immersing themselves in the world of Latin dance as part of their Arts and Humanities Global Program. Guest artist Jeanette Pizarro will work with the 7th graders throughout the semester, teaching them how to dance salsa and merengue. She is an expert dance instructor. Later in the year, the dance company Rumba y Timbal will work with entire Middle School and perform during our assembly period.
