Dear Brimmer Alumni,

We are excited to share the culmination of our thoughtful and collaborative work over the past two years: the Alumni Strategic Plan for 2025-2028. This plan represents our unwavering commitment to fostering meaningful lifelong connections between Brimmer and its alumni while supporting the continued growth and success of our School.

Brimmer has always cherished the relationships built between our alumni and the greater school community. As we look to the future, our strategic plan focuses on three key priorities: expanding alumni engagement and representation, prioritizing outreach and communication, and strengthening the bond between alumni and today’s Brimmer. These priorities reflect our Core Values and our dedication to ensuring that every alumna/us feels connected and valued.

Through this plan, we aim to enhance alumni participation across decades and identities, formalize communication channels, and elevate the role of our alumni leaders. From class agents to alumni speakers, and through our newly launched Planned Giving program, the Lantern Society, we will build on the foundation of alumni support to further Brimmer’s mission and enrich the experiences of future generations.

As we approach Brimmer's 150th anniversary in 2030, this strategic plan marks a significant step toward honoring our past while building a vibrant and inclusive future. We are grateful for the continued support of our alumni, Board of Trustees, and the entire Brimmer community. Together, we will ensure that the bonds formed here remain strong for years to come.
