Introduced by Former Brimmer Head Chef Craig Roman in 2022, our Bao Buns have become one of our most popular lunches! Current Head Chef Taran Gavrin says, "we recently served our Bao Buns with a hoisin braised chicken or crispy tofu, along with edamame dumplings, and roasted broccoli. A topping bar allows students and faculty to make it their own."
